CHEATING FRAUD

I ordered a pack of Books for Rs 999/- during February and made the payment through my Credit Card.

The order was processed and I was given the Order Ref. No. as 110003405 and told that the order would be delivered in 2 days.

Also, I was promised the following:

a) Assured Free Holiday package worth Rs. 5000/- and

b) A pair of Reebok shoes - for which even the size was taken on phone on 19/2, but till today nothing has been recieved by me.

Inspite of several phone calls on 011-40502424, which 90% of the time is not attended and the balance 10% customer service persons put on long hold till the line is disconnected.

You are therefore requested to investigate the matter at your end and let me know the status of the same by return.
