Not a single gift claimed by me delivered since past 3 months

My membership no is ITBC08633764, first invoice no ORA080107876 dated 28-Sep-08 for SAAZ CD.I had claimed adidas bag & diamong jewellery gifts after this invoice, i have not received adidas bag till date and found that sharing the credit card information with surat diamond jewellery is fraud and employees there misuse the information. I was given offer to get the reebok shoes by paying Rs 748 which was debited from my icici a/c on 08/12/08 after which i have not received this gift also.then altogether in different offer i claimed for another reebok shoes and holiday voucher.i have not got the shoes nor the holday provider company has responded to my mail.

i have not got single gift untill now and every time i called the customer support no they had been asking about shoes size, this is now happening for past 3 months.i have asked them for the full refund of money and have warned them of serious legal charges against them.
