Charged my ICICI Bank Credit Card on 24-11-09 and not sent my consignment of CD's, Free Gifts & Holidyas as of 27-3-09

India Today Book Club-Membership No: ITBC08499477, has charged my ICICI Bank Credit Card Rs.2249/- on 24-11-09 for a Consignment of CD's, Free Gifts & Free Holidays. As I did not receive the Consignment till Dec'08, I followed up through Phone and E-mails to Customer Care. They sent the Consignment vide Chargeable VVP-Postal Service for Rs.2249/- plus VPP Charges, which I refused as I had already paid for the same on 24-11-08.

My several e-mails, Telephone Calls to India Today Book Club Customer Care and the Local India Today Group Office have not got any response. Everytime, they are asking for payment details and again keeping quiet. On further enquiry, they again ask for details and sit over the issue.

I have no option but to go to the Consumer Redressal Forum & the Local Media for redressal.
