Dear Sir,
It is to inform you that Since May (statement 28/04/08 to 29/5/08), the bill is not corrected and so every time late payment charges, interest, service tax etc are charged. I agree that I did not make the payment of one bill in time because I did not get the bill (either misplaced or not delivered). Earlier to this bill there was no dispute. I made request earlier also that there was no intention of not making the payment. I requested for the reversal of the charges made but it has not been done so far. This is my request again that you see the past history. I am very old customer and never such thing has occured. I have made payment of each bill afterwords for the purchases made during the month. The details of payment made are as under--
