Non payment of FD maturity amount

We, BIMLA SINHA joint with SITA RAM SINHA, had deposited an amount of Rs.9129.00 as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt No. is 0697049926/1 dated 10.05.1997. As per terms the maturity amount of Rs. 14999.00 was payable on 18.05. however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help.
