Amount to pay back on a loan

Back in august my husband and i went to the bank for a review of his account things happened fast and 2 loans 1 overdraft and a credit card were consolidated we were told no payment s were required for 4 months then it comes to december and without any notice a whopping £454.81 gos out and leaves the account £90. overdrawn we have seen no evidence of this agreement and have been left pennyless for christmas despite being promised the return of the payment for well over a week now my husband and I waited just over 2 hours to see someone got told to cancel all direct debts and standing orders and open a new bank account and widthdraw some saveing s to get us over christmas the whole situation is unbelivable the paper work we have isnt even sighned by my husband we would like this looked into asap the person we did get to see was so keen to get away that we had to go back on a busy sat last weekend and get our new bank to send a fax to stop other moneys going into the lloyds account most un helpfull and un proffesional.
