Epayment to deposit holde

Dear Sir,

We, my self and my wife deposited Rs10000 each as fixed for one year on 18-04-1997 @16.75%/y, fixed deposit receipt nos.1397006132/1 and 1397006133/1 but after maturity, we got Rs 4500 each only (30% of pricipal amount) on 01-05 after that we are not getting any responce from LLOYDS FINANCE LTD.Therefore I request to help me for getting payment with interest.
