Non-payment of fixed deposit instalment

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my father, late Sisir Kumar Chatterjee who held a fixed deposit of Rs 10, 000/- with the above company, was returned, as per our request for repayment, a first instalment of Rs 6, 000/- on 01.03.2000.The 2nd and final instalment of Rs 4, 000/- which was to be repayed by 05.03.2001 has since then remained unpaid.

My father meanwhile expired on 10.06.2001 and even after that we tried contacting the local office at 20/1/1C Ballygunge Station Rd, Kolkata, but to no avail.

By luck as I happened to come across this website and on seeing other similar complaints about this company, with much expectations I write to you Sir, through this mail to show us some ray of hope.

Details of the fixed deposit are given down below.
