Ecurring software problem

I had bought this mobile worth 12000 rupees based on my pleasent usage experience with a cheaper mobile of your company. i had purchased this set in april.. after around a week of usage this problem of the phone shutting down immediately after switching on started. i gave it in "nokia care" and after around a month the set was replaced. now the same problem has recurred and i am again going through the same thing. this only implies a basic design fault in the phone for which i have to suffer, as im left without a phone for days together and also i lose all the data stored in the phone. this has led to a loss of faith in your brand. i request that my phone be replaced with another model in the same price range at the earliest.
