Status of my fdr no.1397003628/1

I have invested an amt of rs.8000/-00 in LLoyed finace ltd. vide fdr no.1397003628/1 dtd 4.3.97 for 47 months. and the maturity date was 4.2.2001.

original fdr is already surrendered to co. till date not a singal paise is returned by co. nor a letter of expected date of repayment.

I would like to know the status of repayment.are they going to repay the same with int.or not.
