Nonpayment of F.D. maturity amount

On behalf of and for the benefit of my old mother Mrs. sangita mehta, I had invested Rs.136319/- in an F.D. with M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd in Nov 1997-1998 for a priod of one-two years. To my utter sorrow, the company has not cared to pay back the due money inspite of repeated requests. The following are the details of the investment:
