I, SHAJAR SULTANA r/o 17-2-25/23/A, YAKUTPURA, RETI KI MASJID, HYDERABAD-500023 owner of FDR.NO. D6219/1 dated 21/06/96 for rupees 63000/- and money deposit receipt MONEY MULTIPLIER with a deposit receipt no.0364310 dated 21/06/96 do hereby inform you that as per the direction of your office letter no.-dated 10/6/02 i have deposited the original FDR for which you have issued the acknowledgment slip on 10/06/02.The said FDR was matured on 14/06.though a period of about 10 yrs has lapsed, but, so far no amount in the form of any installment was paid to me as promised by your company dated 01/01.Therefore please register this complaint for taking action in respect of payment of full maturity value of said FDR alongwith interest since 14/06 as per the rate prevailing.
