Re-imbursement of my fixed Deposit under Extreme Compassionate Grounds

This is in regard to 3 reminder sent to the high Cour Commitee after submission of the Original documentscertificates.

I got the first acknowledgement 4 months vide letter LFL: 1474:2008:KKL dated 16 Jul. back but there is no reply there after.

1. I am in desperate need of money as My Mother is suffering from Multiple Myleoma (Bone Marrow Cancer) since Nov. Her treatment is going on at IRCH (Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital), AIIMS and i am exausted with all savings for her treatment.

2. I need the money desperately as she has to undergo Chemotherapy again and there will be expenditure of several lakhs.

All my 3 reminders to members of the High Court Committee and call to the head office has gone in vain till date . i had lots of hope to get some amount form thi saving of mine.

Request you to look into the matter on highest priority and help me get the required amount. It will be of gretest help me, in sustaining the treatment of my mother at such a crucial stage in her life.
