Sub: Repayment of my Matured Money Invested in Multi Money Deposit Scheme.

Ref: My Request Letter dated. 8.6. 3.1. 23.07. 5.1. 25.6. 27.10.2004

Dear Sir,

1. This is further to my request cited under reference above regarding release of cheque towards payment of maturity amount against investment of Rs. 12519.00 in your Money Multiplier Scheme on 28.04.1998 for the period of 12 months vide Deposit No. 0698013583 dt. 28.04.1998 which has been matured on 28.04.1999 with maturity value 14459.00.

2. A letter Dt. 22.04.2000 despatched from your kolkatta office was received wherein it was described that the payment of maturity amount with interest will be made under 3 different slab. A cheque of 3756.00 (Cheque No. 2503164 dt. 15.04.200) was received in time with assurance that the 2nd installment will be made on of before 28.04.2001 and third and final installment will be payable on or before 28.04.2002.

3. I regret to inform you that inspite of repeated follow up the payment has not been received till date, where as during telecom had with your office it has been assured time and again that the full outstanding amount with interest will be made within 3 months time.

Hence in the circumstances explained above your immediate kind intervention in the matter is requested to resolve the issue, arranging dispatch of cheque /DD of full outstanding amount with interest due at the address given on top within fortnight. It may please be noted in case of further delay, I will be constrained to take appropriate legal action.
