The performance of your store in D Block pushpanjali enclave, pitampura, delhi-34 is not atall upto the mark. There are many irregularities. such as

1. there is always shortage of change. sometimes the boys at the counter do not return Rs.25/- or Rs.40/- to the customer and force them to buy other things instead of that money. The customers never get back Rs.1/- or Rs.5/-on the pretext of shortage of change whereas there is no such shortage of change in the market.

2. Even during peak hours only one machine works resulting in heavy rush and loss of time and energy.

3. there is lot of difference between the price of articles charged from the customers and the price mentioned in the pamphlets distributed every week. At first the boys tell the customer that the particular item is out of stock but when the customer insists then the same article is sold below the price mentioned in the pamphlet and that too without the bill.

I hope you will look into these malpractices of the staff.

I hope you will not force us to go the consumer court.
