VAT Charged Extra on MRP (Inclusive of all taxes)

I purchased some household items from LM365 (Unit of Lalmahal Retail Ltd.), Mayur Vihar, Phase-I outlet on 22-06 under Bill No. 00004442, but after checking the bill at home i was shocked that this outlet is charging extra VAT @ 4 % & 12.5% on the items which were billed on MRP (Inclusive of all taxes clearely mentioned on the packing) Like Baby Cerelac priced at MRP Rs. 118/- (Inclusive of all taxes) has been billed to me at 118/- Extra VAT 12.5%

This i think is unjustified, how can a vedor ask again for VAT (If household material is billed at MRP (Inclusive of all taxes), here i would like to take back VAT extra charged from me. Kinldy help and let me know how to challange this wrong practice. Rahul, Mobile No. 9310752040
