Unauthorised renting to boys and girls

Dear Sir,

i am a resident of sector b aliganj lucknow, this area it self has a nagar nigam office so every body knows the place, now here all residensial houses are used commercially by some or other way as times coaching is a big nusense as boys and girls from villeges come to study and they look for houses in this good location and some mother fuckers give them and also make good money by making it a regular income they are operating hostels with 20 to 25 boys in a house now i dont understand how they r not facing and extra tax from nagar nigam, when there monthly income from rent is more than 30 thousand.

other problems faced by us are these boys drink and smoke they sit in parks, its difficult for women and we oldies as they use foul language and even some times having some activities involving girls from out side as parks are dark at night.

kindly look into this matter as nagar nigam is directly connected with these renting and using residential houses for hostels and all other activities.
