LnG is a telecom outsourcing company in Jabalpur. It came to our college for campus selection & 15 students got selected. At that time they told that Rs25000/- plus service tax will be taken for training purpose (of 35 days 10 days in house training & 25 days site training) & they would be providing us laptops, kit which would cost around Rs60000/-.But at the time of taking the amount they asked for Rs33708/-(Rs-30000/- service tax) and no laptop will be issued they told. Due to the recession we accept that offer also. The training started and it went for 23 days (3 days in house training & 10 days site training) and that's too haphazardly. After that they gave us Diwali holidays & told us to be in contact with them for rejoining & for 2 months we didn't receive any call. One day I called them & asked about the joining & they assured us to give the posting shortly. Here I talked to them in a rude manner as it was too late & to calm down me the assistant project manager told me to arrange 5 new students & tell them the rate keeping my margin separately which I refused because its not a right way of giving job & the name of the company was also ruined in our college & again 15 days were stretched. One day I got a call from them & I was told to move to pune as because they were giving posting & when I asked them for the appointment letter, they refused to give me. I was not able to decide whether to go or not. The next day again I got a call & was told not to go pune & there will be a telephonic interview from one of their client & after that they would tell me where to move. The next 3 days I didn't got any call. After that when I called them, I was told to move to coachin & there will not be any telephonic interview from client. Here also I asked them for the appointment letter & they told me that I would be in training period for 35 days. It was already 3 months from my joining. The training was for 35 days & after that our pay roll would have been started. At the same time I decided to leave the company because there is no proper management and I asked them to refund my money & they refused to do so. Even I told them to refund Rs 25000/- only because I got the training for 23 days (may be in a haphazard manner) & thats too was not accepted by them. They told me that there is no refund of money which was not signed anywhere. During my training also some students senior than me were also telling that they were not getting the salary properly. Please help me in getting the money back as because my family is going through a financial problem.
