Loan against Property

I had applied for Loan against property from HSBC in Feb for 8 Lacs in Noida Branch (K14-18, Sector 18). The HSBC Guy dealing with me takes away all the relevant documents from me.

I also submitted the Application money through cheque which was cleared from ny Bank Account on 20.02.2009. But on repeated reminders to him, he has not given me the copy of Application form even.

He even never gave a prompt reply to me.no status has yet been given to me whether i will be having that loan or not.

I am getting so much of mental harrasment from that person representing HSBC as Assistant Sales manager-Retail Assets.

My Application No. is 704NDHDF7 as told by him over Telephone. I am not very sure whether this is correct or not. The person itself seems fraud.

And if i got no reply from your side even now, i will go for further action.
