Name reflecting in cbil after closing the loan with out any defoult

I mr B Ravindran had taken LAP at city shelters (citi bank) loan account # 316901 amount Rs 914000, after paying the emi of 10000 per month for almost 14 months went for a pre closure for which the amount was 92 which i paid it one shot, later i recived a letter stating the loan has been cleared & free from the citi banks lein, now when i approched other bank for a loan came to know that my name is reflecting in cbil,

i want my name to be removed from cbil as soon as possible as i am in need of money for my brothers medical expences, please do the need ful as soon as possible as i was a genuine customer with out any de foult during that period.
