Problem from ICICI Bank

I had availed personal loan from ICICI Bank and have cleared the loan. I have already got the No Dues Certificate from the bank. But it has come to my notice that the bank has informed CIBIL my name as defaulter. I had requested bank many times to withdraw my name from CIBIL but bank is not ready to do so.
