Poor verfication process and incompetent people hired

Hi,

I wanted to purchase a DIO (Honda) but and the family credit people promised me that the verification will be done in to 24 to 48 hours of time, I waited and didnt receive any call until 5 days. Also the person who was suppose to verify did speak to me and said couldnt say the name correctly, (God know how he verifies the address), later the same was cancelled saying the address was short, Just to mention, the original copy of the electricity bill was submitted and the address for verification was exactly the same, So I called and spoke to Nilesh in the same bank, he apologized and again it went for verification, the person was able to locate the address without any hassel. I brought him inside the house to have a look as well, Later I was surprised to know that it was rejected becuase the person had spoken to some other who even dont know me and they gave details about a 3 party and thats the reason he reject my loan.

I feel infact the family credit people should stop the business and start something else rather then bothering people for nothing.
