Bad quality Laboratory reagent

Recently we have purchased Carbon disulfide (CS2) with batch no –LB0240A07, cas no- 75-15-0, for our research purpose. Actually CS2 is colorless with ether like odor, but the product we got green color with very bad odor. It is surprising that they are shelling as the laboratory grade high quality chemical also with very high price, with out any quality control. That too we using for research. When we complained they agreed that there are some contamination and they will replace the chemical. But, after that there is no response or action. Some legal action should be taken against this company.
