Rash Driving

I want to register a complain against Noida local bus no UP15AT1038 for rash driving. The driver changed the lane without giving indicator and didn't bother to check whether any other vehicle is there or not. This caused my car a big dent and stretch on my car. After over taking also he was changing lanes like he was driving a bike. He was driving too fast on a crowded street. The incident happened near bhangel on 11th apr'2012@9am.

Pls. take an action against the bus driver.
