Price of cold drinks in the market

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Fatehgarh, Distt. Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. I found that at most of the local shops in the town, the shopkeepers sell cold drinks (Pepsi, Coke etc.) at Rs.1.00 more than the M.R.P. They charge this telling it is a cooling price. But I myself have bought same cold drinks at M.R.P only in big cities. I do not find these people keeping any cash bill kind of thing that I can produce but they challenge that they are doing nothing wrong.

I would like to know if I am right on my complaint and if I am, what can I produce as an evidence to help to bring the common buyer to justice.
