Street dog Complaint

I am residing at C5D / 22-C, JANAK PURI, NEW DELHI-58.

We are facing lot of problems due to street dogs in our locality.

One of our resident (House No 110 A) feeds those dogs due to which stay and breed in front of their house. These dogs have bitten many children of our area and yesterday evening I was the victim and now I am having rabbies vaccination.

It is a request to send dog catcher van in our area or kill those dogs, so that we can get rid of them.

Is that possible to impose fine to these kind of people who feeds street dogs.
