Damaged product

I had purchased the lock-N-lock 12 piece fridge set after seeing the ad. on TV against my family and friends advice. I was very disappointed to find that one of the product -Salad bowl is broken. I have placed 2 complaints with the customer care centre and 2 written complaints on their website. I was told at the customer care centre that someone would call me in a day or two, but its been more than one month and none of the so-called Customer Service Executive have ever bothered to call or write back to me on the complaint placed. I would urge whoever is reading this to please refrain from buying from these crap people. I am still wondering how can a product be broken which is packed in the centre, which means the damaged product was put while packing. Luckily for my friends they were waiting to check with me, how the product is as they too had found it interesting.
