Cheque for personal loan not given after the approval

Dear Sir,

I am vexed asking for help about the cheque not recieved and credited into my account as the Personal Loan has been approved but not issued. It has been approved on 20th of August and 2nd of Sep, executive has come to collect the cheques from me. His name was Satyajit, who was polite enough to help me through. Later I gave a call to Customer care on 8th of Sep and on 9th a sales guy gives a call and says that he will give away the despatch detaisl of the cheque during the fist hour on 10th Sep. But until now there is no news about it and the customer care says they will only be able to escalate the issue and give any information after the cheque is recieved.

I wish if there is someone out there to help me. If in two days I don't get the amount credited into my account then I'm sorry I have to quit myself.
