UNSATISFIED SERVICE OF CAR

Dear Sir,

I have the car in the name of Sh. Manoj Kumar s/o Sh. Surinder Kumar, Mandi Gobindgarh, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib & our car no. PB-48C-2799. We had done the service

of our car on dated 07.02.2009 in ludhiana branch name Balak Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Sidh

Complex, G.T.Road, Jugiana, Ludhiana Ph.0161-4691111 but we are not satisfied with there service because there are some problems in the car. So we disussed the issue with there office representative

but no one responded form there office. They tell us they don't correct this problem. we sent

them letter on there Head office Mumbai & New Delhi dated 12.02.09but no any respone is given by them.so we want the action against them for this harassment. we request you please take action

on this irresponisibility.
