I am not satisfied with service

We had dispatched a consignment through your logistic on 01.09.2010.The consignment is well packed before dispatch. Inspite of this the consignment when received at our factory in Haridwar was in badly damaged condition. The parts are completely in bad shape. This is nothing but bad handling during transit. The materials are handled badly inspite of the precautions & handling instructions paisted on the consinment. This shows how negligiant the staff is.
