I received a pamphlet of AVA Merchandising along with my HDFC Credit card bill stating that if I place an order for any of their displayed products I would receive a Louis Watch worth Rs3990/-. I placed an order and recived watch only. To my surpise i saw that the watch was without any documents of warranty, Serial Nos. etc. A close look at the watch proved that it was duplicate. However, the company has not yet delivered my product even after 20 days of my booking the order.
