Eheviour of TTE with e tickets holders

Dear sir, frist time i have taken a e ticket at nanded (maharashtra), the ticket was from secunderabad to aurangabad of train no 7058, deogiri express.when we enter in the train it was found that our ticket was not confirmed, the coach attendant mr. hasmi told us to get down from the bogie, we requested him to give ticket through receipt, but he was not in mood, it was a mental harrasment till another TTE issued a ticket th receipt. this not only issue we are making, but e ticket holder should get proper treatment because u did not refund the fare on yhe spot, u are taking a time to refund, so till the end of travel period we should get proper treatment and guidance what to do from TTE.what irctc taking care for this is important.
