HDFC bank Kids account

Hello, I have applied kid's account in Hdfc Bank, Karol bagh branch ON 25TH MARCH'09. After 2 days of applying the account i have changed my residence and i have informed the branch to change the address and Handed over my new documents to Mr. NIPUN (in Karol bagh branch). After one month i dont receive kit from branch When i contacted the branch Mr. Nipun told me that he didnot have any kind of such documents. Then i meet Mr. Rishi, who is senior than Nipun and handed over my credit cards statement copy (which comes to my new address) and my credit cards copy, but i donot get kit again. when i got disappointed i told mr. Rishi to close my account and return my Rs. 5, 000/- then he said you have to pay account closing charge of Rs. 122/-. Still i dont receive any Kit from bank, its about 3 months now. Please help me
