I am not able to contact corncern people to claim my prize

Hello Sir, I am Jayesh Dattatray Panchal, I have won 1, 000, 000, 00 GBP in 2009 Loomis INT'T mobile draw and i have been asked to contact on 447014244924 or loomisl1@live.com to claim the prize money. But my problm is I am unable to contact. When ever i used to call, it responds is not available. And that site loomisl1@live.com is not showing anything. What should I do now. please help me.
