59 tariff of Air Tel
Improper execution of this tariff yesterday

Dear sir,

i had purchased said tariff on dated 23rd. may it reads as A To A call @40 P/min & A to others 60 p/min. yesteday i had dialled on a mobile no.99005354753 (an AirTel to AirTel) for 1min-11secs at 6.59p.m.; the charged Rs.2.00 instead of Rs. 0.80. i contacted the customer care centre & got registered my complaint vide ref no.0525627005. no further information has been received till date. indeed i use to get suffer in such a way oftenly; sometimes when i get notice of it, i rarely put a complaint because it is not realy practicable all the time. is there any proper way or guideline that all telcom companies may adopt some foolproof system so that no one may suffer in this way.
