Al.deduction without using any service

Dear sir,

I m rashmi kumud my no. is 977332**** after talking with all ur executive the service which u have purposely activated on my no.is not being deactivated.because of all ur rubbish service my balance is being deducted every month. We r nt that much rich to give money for charity every month for beggars like u. And if we ask ur executives by calling on ur mobile assist for asking y our bal. is being deducted they have only one answer with them i.e "our system is being updated we cannot give u the information call us after somtime"..pls see to it or else i will sui u all in the consumer court..
