Charges for the ph calls which wasnt made from the mobile

I have a post paid connection of loop mobile since couple of years..& my cell no is 09821848698..Last month i have been charged Rs 637 for the ph calls i have never made from my cell ph.. Its charged under 'calls to other information services'..& According to the information from loop mobile i have made three phcalls to the no 58888 (indiatimes infoline) on 09/06/09 from 14:39 to 16:10.. However on 09/06/09 i was completely busy in meetings at work & was carrying my mobile ph with me all the time (in silent mode).. So there is no question of my or anyone else dialing this no from my mobile no... I think its a wrong information from loop mobile's database or my ph no has been or was hacked then... When complained about it to loop mobile billing dept.. they were uncooperative & refused to discuss it any further..They insisted that i should pay this amount or my services will be disconnected SOON... I want to retain my cell no..thats why i thought of lodging the complaint here..i dont know how you can help me in getting this problem solved but hoping to get some solution out of this...
