Billing Dispute

I am a new customer to loop mobile and i have 2 mobile numbers from loop. One of the numbers used by my wife is 9870198988, the bill shows she is being charged for sms which is actually my old Aircel number and a BPL no - 9768020707, 9821911622. There are around 350 sms, we request customercare to investigate but they showed no response and also the Nodal officer named Flavy Perriera denied to help. I would like consumer complaint division to help me out and show the real picture of LOOP MOBILE (Disgusting company ever seen)
