No one is attending the complaint

I made a complaint on 25th August. After few days one technician came and found the circuit board is not working. Since then two more technician came but no one is able to solve the problem and the two telephone nos. provided by the call centre executive that are either remained engaged all the time or no one is picking up the telephone.
