5 kg parcel from Kanpur to Bangalore

From Kanpur a 5 kg parcel (136897349) was courierd to Bangalore (14. 03.09). Till Date i.e. 24 March 09, we have not yet received the same.
IN these one weeks time, i have made 75 calls to the Track on office in Bnaglore. The satff is the most un poilite i have ever interacted (especially Chamarpet H.O.) On the contrary they lie that they have sent the delivery boy... which is absolutely absurd and bizzare. Addition to ths if the courier is with them why do they send the delivery boys to take the consignment in the evenings. Which can be done in the morning timimgs.
Pls look into the matter urgently. I woul like to talk to the conmcerned manager/ HOD. Would like to personally discuss the issues.. Seriiously telling you sir, your customers are completely unhappy and frustrated with your company and great staff guys.. I am sorry to say, it is has tarnished your TRACK On Banglore reputation... Customers are facing real headache with you guys...
