Evalidation of senction lette

Hi, i have the honour to inform you that i am having a gold privileg saving ac at your bank [000401143700], there was a offer of HL of 50lc on my ac, i applied and i got the senction for 25lc dated 14th aug 08 application no 777-7870431 from icici bank, it was expired on 15th nov 08, i visited borivili mumbai HL off. regarding revalidation on 10th nov. but the HL team i bank kandivili told me that revalidation of the senction letter will be done and i can finalise the property, thats why i have paid advance and i have done reg. of a flat, have submited all the documents, The legal technical and other procidure of bank are done with possitive result, but now the HL team saying that revalidation of senction leter canot be done. Already i have paid more then 8lac of own contribution to the seller. Rs. 14025 i have paid as administration fee through icici bank cheque. Please look at this matter.
