False commitment by b d executive

One gentle men from ashok vihar branch feroz shaikh visited my office. filled all the forms regarding issuing credit card machine also opened my new ac in the bank .but till the date i am looking for the machine and the feroz .called up in the bank many time and talked to some senior person Mr Gagan 9810897424, who assured me to solve the problem.sorry to say the every body is same in the branch.customer value is 0000000 for them. GOD BLESS THE BANK AND EMPLOYEE.
