Sir,

The product is in warranty period till 9 Jul 08. I approched your service centre at Kasaragod. They took the phone and sent to Ernakulam centre for repair. After 1 month they returned as it is saying could not be repaired, water gone inside.

It is really rediculous. Really I don't know or remember how did water gone inside and I am sure it didn't happened. Rest all functions are operational.

It is very much regreted to me and not expecting such a silly excuse from a company like Nokia. It means you are not customer oriented.

Please do the needful.
