number 889292, date 17 december, 09 ammounting to Rs 2199/- .
Money also credited in your account on 7 January
On enquiring on several occations your office assures of despatching the consignement and the complainant receiving the consigement within 15-20 days
It is very sad that these all appeared to be false assurances, since the consigement has not been received in a period of 6 months.
The complainant having membership number:- ITBC 09197951.is totally dejected dissappointed and requests to despatch the consigement to the address recorded at the earliest.
