Seeking Information about authenticity of e-mail

I have got an e- mail "You are winner of ICC 2011 INTL Promo, Plz send your address details & Bank AC to send the winning amount."I have sent my details including AC no., Now I want to know if this is true or fraud?? And if yes, what Can I do as I have already sent my Bank account NO. & Address of Bank.
