Can I send the courier company the required amount

Dear Sir,

Recently I have got a mail from you inmforming me that I have won a prize money worth rupees 7, 50, 000.00GBP and the Courier Company namely Trans World Dispatch Delivery (your affiliatedCourier Company) is demanding Rupees 30, 000 from m in advance so that they can handover the parcel to me early. It is very exciting on my part to hear about the winning but at the same time I am afraid of paying the money as I am yet to be sure about the process. Kindly clarify me whether I can pay them the money.
