Duplicate Product

Dear Sir,

I got Louis watch through my citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April 7. They have charged 490 Rs against this. But when i opened it, there is not any single document enclosed with it, there is no description of this watch like its gurantee period, its service centers also there is not any serial no on the watch. And now I come to know that the battery is also duplicate one.

Please give me suggestion, what i have do right now.
