Duplicate watch sold by Jet Lite

Dear Sir,

During my journey from Kochi to Hyderabad on 22nd Aug `08 by jetlite, i was told that i had won a prize of a watch which cost Rs 3, 900 in market but with a condition that i need to pay Rs 500 as their service charge. Now after couple of day i realized that i was cheated. The watch has got a guarantee card with no details of its model number, date of purchase etc.

I usually check for quality product but never expected to get swindled at a renowned airliner.

I would sincerly request you take action against AVA Merchandising and jet lite.
