The watch stops also loses a lot of time

I won the watch (Scrath card winner) after on a Jetlite filght from Mumbai to Delhi on 23/08/08 and paid 500Rs for it. The airport staff told me that it was a genuine Louis watch and I should not experince any problems. I have yet to use the watch but not able to because it keeps on losing a lot of time (hours in fact). It has a 12 month international guarantee but no addrees to send the watch to when there is a problem. I would like you to look into this please.
