LOVATO LPG CONVERSION KIT
Not performing as promised

I have fitted LOVATO LPG conversion kit to my Santro Car from M/s INDIANA CAR LOUNGE Thane in April. I was assured that i would get mileage 1 Km less than the petrol mileage & would be ablse to save 40% on fuel. My car gives me MIleage of 10 to 11 on mumbai roads on Petrol however on LPG it gives me between 6 to 8 & not between 9 to 10 as expected. I have been following up with the Supplier since i bought the kit. Everytime he does some setting & gives back but there is no change in performance & the mileage is very low. I have spent 22500/- Rs for the kit. Kindly advise how do proceed to get my money back from the vendor as he has not delivered what he had promised. I have the proper bill for the purchase.
